Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Check and verify product packaging information for accuracy.

Monitor dealers' selling prices on e-commerce platforms to ensure compliance with the company's pricing policy.

Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Liaise and communicate with China suppliers regarding product information, artwork, and order-related matters.

Prepare and maintain marketing-related documents, reports, and administrative paperwork.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Assist with other ad hoc administrative and marketing duties as assigned.
