Full Time Desktop Operations Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in Intellivisiontech Sdn. Bhd. WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT desktop support, network administration, or enterprise system maintenance.

Proficient in Windows and macOS operating systems, including installation and troubleshooting of common office software. 

Familiar with the configuration, debugging, and maintenance of mainstream network equipment (Cisco, H3C, Sangfor, etc.). 

Solid understanding of fundamental network concepts and troubleshooting methodologies for TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, NAT, etc.

Experience in maintaining common office systems (OA, email, AD, firewalls, shared drives, IPGuard, etc.) and managing user permissions.

Strong service orientation, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to respond promptly and resolve issues effectively.

Logical thinking ability and strong documentation skills. 

Proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages.

Responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of employee computers, telephones, and peripherals (printers, projectors, access control devices, etc.). Accept and process IT tickets; provide remote or on-site support for user issues; document the resolution process and maintain the knowledge base.

Maintain standard desktop images, software distribution, and asset inventories; conduct regular asset inventory checks and updates.

Office and Server Room Network Maintenance: Oversee the operation and maintenance of the company's office network and server room network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, APs, etc.).

Perform regular network status inspections, identify performance bottlenecks and abnormal links to ensure the stability and security of internal and external networks.

Participate in network structure optimization, bandwidth planning, and the implementation of VPN and remote access solutions. Collaborate with the security team to enforce network security policies, ACL controls, and access management.

Maintain the daily operation of office systems such as OA, email, file sharing, and single sign-on, including account and permission management. 

Support process optimization and promote the implementation of automation scripts and configuration standardization.

Assist various departments in clarifying IT requirements, providing feasible solutions and system integration support. Monitor system operational status, track performance, and produce operational reports.

Prepare operational manuals, inspection reports, operational instructions, and contingency plans. Based on business needs, propose improvements and automation suggestions to enhance operational efficiency and system stability
