Full Time Field Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,300 in Trinicon Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering in any relevant fields.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in roadwork, premix, milling & paving, or civil infrastructure works

Knowledge of occupational safety and health requirements.

Willingness to work extended hours when project schedules require, OT is claimable.

Ability to work outdoors under varying weather conditions.

Willingness to travel within Malaysia.

Computer literate and numerate.

Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.

Supervise daily site operations for roadwork, premix, milling & paving, and civil works

Monitor work progress and quality, and ensure compliance with project specifications

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, machinery operators, and workers

Prepare daily site reports, work progress, and manpower records

Ensure proper execution of road marking, asphalt/premix laying, milling, and paving activities

Monitor site safety, traffic management, and housekeeping

Arrange material delivery, machinery mobilization, and site logistics

Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants/clients
