Possess a Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Health Sciences, Medical Administration, or equivalent).

Demonstrate 1–2 years of prior experience in a similar role within a clinic or healthcare setting.

Proficient in patient reception duties, including greeting patients, managing appointments, and handling inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Skilled in medical records management, ensuring accurate and confidential patient data entry, filing, and retrieval.

Adept at maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment while adhering to hygiene standards.

Experience in inventory management for medical supplies, including tracking stock levels, ordering, and receiving deliveries.

Capable of assisting physicians during patient examinations and minor procedures as directed.

Competent in basic vital signs monitoring (e.g., temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rate).

Familiar with sterilization procedures for medical equipment and instruments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively interact with diverse patient populations and colleagues.

Willing to work on a rotating shift basis (Morning, Noon, and Midnight shifts).

Greet and welcome patients warmly upon arrival, manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.

Schedule patient appointments, manage the clinic's appointment calendar, and make reminder calls to patients to minimize no-shows.

Maintain patient medical records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring all documentation is organized and easily accessible for physicians.

Assist physicians during patient examinations and minor procedures by preparing examination rooms, sterilizing medical equipment, and providing necessary instruments.

Monitor and record basic vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure for patients as directed by healthcare professionals.

Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic clinic environment, including patient waiting areas, examination rooms, and common spaces, adhering to all sanitation protocols.

Manage the inventory of medical supplies and track stock levels, reorder supplies as needed, and ensure proper storage and rotation of items.
