Your role is straightforward:
• Promote our job openings through your own sourcing channels (e.g. Rednote, social media, • online communities, personal network)
• Collect interested candidates' basic information
• Submit candidate details through your assigned tracker
• Continue sourcing candidates based on your own availability
That's it — our recruitment team will take care of candidate screening, interview arrangements, and the remaining recruitment process.
