Key Responsibilities:
• Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Screen candidate profiles and assist with initial candidate engagement
• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Support recruitment-related research and administrative tasks
• Assist with recruitment projects and other tasks when required
