• Coordinate appointments and follow-up activities.

• Handle complaints and service recovery.

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

• Support sales and operational teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

• SQL basic knowledge

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Able to multitask and work independently.

• Experience in administration or logistics is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks.
