Full Time Product Development Executive - EV Cars (Open for Fresh) Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,500 in Edaran Tan Chong Motor (Selatan) Sdn Bhd Bandar Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills

Good communication skills with ability to work with international OEMs

Lead product planning activities including market research, competitor benchmarking, and product positioning

Develop product specification strategy aligned with local market needs and pricing targets

Drive vehicle localisation initiatives (parts, components, suppliers) to meet cost and policy requirements

Coordinate with OEM/principal on technical specifications, engineering changes, and product adaptation

Manage full vehicle homologation process in Malaysia (JPJ, MIROS, SIRIM, etc.)

Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety, and environmental standards

Liaise with internal teams (engineering, purchasing, marketing) and external authorities

Track project timelines to ensure successful product launch

Support costing and business case development for new models and localisation

Monitor policy changes and industry regulations impacting product strategy
