JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in sourcing potential candidates and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and networking platforms based on job requirements.
Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of recruitment records.
Performs ad hoc tasks as required.
Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts.
Participate in organizing company events and career days/ fairs.
File documents and answer to employee inquiries.
