Full Time Building Site Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in NH Ivory Home Sdn. Bhd. Perak - Maukerja

Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture or related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in house construction, renovation or building works will be an advantage.

Able to read and understand basic construction drawings, site layout and work instructions.

Basic knowledge of construction work such as earthwork, foundation, reinforced concrete, brickwork, plastering, roofing, tiling, painting, M&E coordination and finishing works.

Able to supervise workers, subcontractors and suppliers at site.

Responsible, disciplined, punctual and willing to work at project site.

Able to prepare simple site reports, progress photos and inspection records.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and WhatsApp reporting is an advantage.

Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites when required.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia. Basic English will be an advantage.

CIDB Green Card is an advantage. Candidate without CIDB Green Card must be willing to apply.

Supervise daily construction activities at site.

Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project requirements.

Monitor workmanship quality for house construction works including structure, wall, roof, plaster, tile, paint, M&E and finishing works.

Coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers, machinery and material delivery at site.

Check incoming materials and report any damaged, wrong or unsuitable materials.

Monitor project progress and report any delay, manpower shortage, material issue or site problem to management.

Prepare daily or weekly site progress reports with photos.

Complete site inspection checklist, material receiving records and other CQMS-related forms when required.

Ensure site housekeeping, basic safety and environmental control are maintained.

Assist in identifying defects, non-conforming works and corrective actions.

Support project handover, defect rectification and Defects Liability Period records.

Communicate clearly with Project Manager, client representative, subcontractors and workers.

Ensure site records are properly kept for project tracking and CQMS audit purposes.
