Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the food and beverage industry.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Assist in daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure high standards of service.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.
Assist in scheduling staff and managing labor costs.
