Requirements
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory, or supplier coordination will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of procurement process, quotation comparison, purchase orders, and inventory management.Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Able to work with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors professionally.
Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to maintain accurate records.
Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and email communication.
Responsibilities
Assist in the full procurement process, including sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, purchase orders, and delivery follow-up.
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to ensure procurement needs are met on time.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, food cost, and report any issues or inconsistencies.Maintain accurate procurement records, including orders, payments, PO, DML, contracts, and supplier information.
Ensure all procurement activities follow company policies, budget requirements, and legal regulations.
Support supplier evaluation, procurement reviews, audits, and market research.
Handle procurement issues such as delivery delays, quality concerns, or order discrepancies.
Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Superior or HOD.
