Oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house.

Supervise, lead, and manage front-of-house staff.

Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and basic account reconciliation.

Manage and process food delivery platform orders accurately.

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and smooth workflow in the outlet.

Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure efficient store operations.
