Full Time Sea Freight Executive (Import & Export) Jobs, in United Logistics Selangor - Maukerja

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sea freight forwarding (Import & Export Operations). Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.

• Knowledge of import and export procedures, shipping documentation, customs regulations, and Incoterms.

• Familiarity with freight forwarding systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting deadline

Job scope -:

• Handle end-to-end sea freight operations for both import and export shipments.

• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, hauliers, warehouses, customs brokers, and other service providers to ensure smooth shipment execution.

• Arrange shipment bookings, container movement, delivery orders, and transportation schedules.

• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including Bill of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (CO), Shipping Instructions (SI), and other import/export related documents.

• Coordinate customs clearance and ensure compliance with import and export regulations.

• Monitor shipment progress, vessel schedules, ETA/ETD, and provide timely updates to customers.

• Resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, and operational issues in a timely manner.

• Verify freight charges, shipping costs, supplier invoices, and prepare customer billing.

• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure all documentation is complete and properly filed.

• Build and maintain good working relationships with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, and vendors.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
