Technical Skills & Systems:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel and Word, for daily data handling and document management.
Prior experience with SQL Accounting Systems or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an added advantage.
Candidates without system experience are welcome to apply, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
Language Proficiency (Essential Criteria):
Trilingual fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong command of listening, speaking, reading, and writing in all three languages.
Able to independently and professionally handle daily business correspondence, emails, and operational documentation.
Background & Experience:
Open to candidates with experience in administration, billing, logistics, or warehouse operations.
Fresh graduates who are proactive, eager to learn, and willing to grow are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Email Correspondence & Order Processing:
Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and efficiently processing customers’ Purchase Orders (PO Requests) via email.
Shipment Coordination & System Operations (WMS):
Coordinate and execute outbound shipping workflows accurately using the Warehouse Management System (WMS), based on customer POs and Allocation Tables.
System Billing & Reconciliation (SQL):
Utilize the SQL Accouting System to issue Delivery Orders (DO) accurately. Verify customers’ Goods Received Reports (GR Report) and prepare final invoices to ensure accurate logistics data and accounting records.
Documentation & File Management:
Organize, categorize, and maintain all incoming and outgoing operational and logistics documents to ensure proper record keeping, tracking, reconciliation, and audit readiness.
