· Collect Site information in order to prepare BOM, BQ.

· Coordinating logistics and material readiness.

· Overseeing the progress of all construction activities.

· Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations.

· Implementing industry best practices and safety protocols.

· Monitoring project KPIs and deliverables to ensure daily progress targets are achieved.

· Regularly checking inventory and placing orders for building materials.

· Ensuring all equipment is in good working order.

· Performing first aid during emergencies.

· Conducting site inspections to ensure it is free from any safety hazards.

· Ensuring the workers follow site HSE procedures.

· Maintaining an accurate attendance report of all construction site workers.

· Reviewing daily construction work and suggesting any improvement measures.

· Ensuring all emergency equipment are in place and in working order.

· Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline.

· Communicate and update site progress to upper Management

· Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide technical guidance

· Attending any on-site meetings or events such as Tool Box Meeting and etc.

· Conduct Solar PV System Quality Control Checking such as ITP, Testing and Commissioning works with team with appropriate tools.

Job Types: Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
