. Vehicle Operations & Safety

• Safely operate, park, and retrieve guest vehicles of various makes, models, and sizes, including luxury vehicles and manual transmissions (stick-shift).

• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, speed limits, and internal safety protocols within the parking facilities and surrounding property.

• Conduct quick, documented visual inspections of vehicles upon arrival to note any pre-existing damage, reporting discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.

• Secure all vehicles by ensuring windows are rolled up, doors are locked, and keys are logged into the secure key management system.

2. Guest Services & Logistics

• Greet all arriving and departing guests promptly and professionally, adhering to the company’s established service standards.

• Manage the valet ticket system accurately, ensuring the correct ticket stub is given to the guest and the matching stub remains with the vehicle keys.

• Keep the front drive, driveway, and main entrance clear of unattended vehicles and debris to maintain an efficient traffic flow.

3. Administrative & Financial Tasks

• Collect parking fees, process credit card transactions accurately, and issue receipts when required.

• Verify validation tickets and cross-reference guest credentials (e.g., hotel room numbers or membership statuses) with the property management system.

• Document and report any operational issues, guest complaints, or vehicle incidents/accidents directly to the Valet Supervisor on duty.

Job Requirements & Specifications

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma/SPM or equivalent preferred.

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role; previous valet or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
