• Minimum SPM / Diploma holders in any field

• Experience in Inventory Stock management would be added advantage

• Able to converse in Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu would be an added advantage

• Good in Mandarin would be added advantage

• Able to use basic MS Office tools

• Dynamic, positive attitude, excellent team player, self-motivated, result oriented

Responsibilities

Order Fullfillment

• Responsible for all day to day operational aspects of the inventory management, monitor of ordering issue related to e-commerce operations.

• Fulfill the customer orders from various e-commerce platforms and sales channels.

• Co-ordinate with internal department or warehouse to ensure successful execution of fulfillment for customer orders.

• Checking and ensure the stock allocated for customer order is correct.

• Arrange gift box packaging and handle shipping. 

• Support administrative work within the department.

• Respond to troubleshoot and resolve daily receiving, fulfillment and delivery issues.

Costing & Inventory Management

• Check and ensure all product information is input correctly into the system

• Perform stock adjustment for different category of products

• Perform quality checking for stock and monthly stock take

• Maintain the relevant document within the department

• Handle returned stock and prepare relevant documents

• Handle work order documentation and to make sure the data is accurate

Trade In Stock

• Handle damage stock and return to relevant parties

• Collect and reconcile return / trade-in goods from respective parties

• To do work order for plating, repair and re-allocate good

• Generate bar code tags for every item and generate invoice accordingly

• Checking and matching purchase order, pricing and invoice

• To update the job status and work progress to superior regularly
