• Attend product training sessions to stay up-to-date with new mattress offerings and features

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner

• Maintain the showroom, ensuring IT is clean, organized, and well-stocked with merchandise
