They are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to drive talent development, employee engagement, onboarding excellence, and organizational culture initiatives that support business growth and enhance the overall employee experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.

  • Approximately 3 years of relevant Human Resources experience.

  • Hands-on experience designing and delivering business-aligned talent development or learning programmes.

  • Proven experience planning employee engagement activities, culture initiatives, and large-scale corporate events.

  • Experience improving onboarding processes and coordinating cross-functional HR initiatives.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent analytical thinking, execution ability, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively in a bilingual workplace and collaborate across regional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement regional talent development and learning strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to localize talent initiatives and ensure successful implementation.

  • Develop and facilitate business-focused learning and development programmes that support organizational capability building.

  • Lead initiatives to enhance the employee onboarding experience through effective cross-functional collaboration.

  • Continuously improve onboarding processes to strengthen employee integration, engagement, and retention.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement programmes, culture initiatives, and corporate events, including annual dinners and company-wide activities.

  • Manage internal communication initiatives to promote employee engagement and organizational alignment.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver HR initiatives that support a positive employee experience and organizational culture.

  • Support continuous improvement of HR programmes and contribute to strategic people initiatives.
