Requirements
Passion for working with children
Diploma in Psychology, TESL, Education, or a related field (preferred)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Good command of spoken English
Positive attitude and team spirit
Able to build strong rapport with both students and parents
Responsibilities
Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
Observe and assess each child's individual progress, strengths and areas for improvement
Develop lesson plans and activities
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians
Maintain accurate records of children
Organize and participate in daycare events
