Job Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree

• Experience: Minimum 2 years

• Languages: Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (spoken & written)

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management

• Mobility: Possess own transport and willing to travel nationwide

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good attitude, attendance, and discipline

• Able to work independently as well as in a team

• Able to work beyond regular hours when required

• Able to start work immediately

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor company products and product portfolio

• Coordinate with suppliers/principals regarding product information, pricing, and availability

• Prepare product quotations, specifications, brochures, and related documentation

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for customers and internal sales teams

• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities

• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to achieve sales targets

• Handle customer and client feedback and coordinate necessary improvements

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of large-format scanners, imaging software, and workflow solutions
