Requirements
Education Level: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
Good communication skills in Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint & Word
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Self-motivated with a high level of integrity, highly committed, and able to work independently
Knowledge of basic computer applications
Good attitude, attendance & discipline
Able to work with minimum supervision
Able to start to work immediately.

Responsibilities
Perform general office duties as assigned.
Handle general office administration and daily operations
Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Follow up on outstanding payments and collections
Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents
Maintain and organize filing system (physical and digital docs)
Monitor office supplies and place order when necessary
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
Issue invoice and receipts
Follow up on outstanding payment and collections
Maintain proper records and supporting docs for accounting.
