Requirements
Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite systems
Committed, energetic, and able to work independently
Basic knowledge of marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada); experience with Shopify is a plus
Basic B2C e-commerce knowledge
Minimum 1-2 years experienced; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
Operational fulfilments on e-commerce platforms and maintaining SLA
Marketplace and website management
Managing individual shops on marketplaces
Planning and executing monthly EDM
Optimizing and executing Marketplace/ Digital Ads
Assisting on e-commerce campaigns; improving pain points
Preparing monthly reports
Assisting marketing efforts
