• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Aesthetic Science, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in cosmetics, skincare, or medical aesthetics
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
• Possess own transport and willing to travel

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with hands-on experience in the aesthetic, dermatology, or medical device industry to join our growing team. You will be responsible for driving sales of our professional skincare and exosome-based aesthetic products to clinics, dermatologists, and aesthetic practitioners across Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and build relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, and medical practitioners
• Promote and sell professional skincare and aesthetic device/product lines to existing and new clients
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and expand market share within assigned territory
• Provide product training and post-sales support to clinic partners
• Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent the brand
• Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and reporting
• Gather market feedback and competitor insights to support business strategy
