1. Website & Digital Platform Support

• Update and maintain website content, landing pages, and donation platforms.

• Support basic website optimization (content updates, formatting, mobile responsiveness).

• Monitor website functionality and report issues to relevant stakeholders.

• Assist in testing digital platforms and user journeys.

2. Digital Campaign Execution

• Support implementation of digital campaigns (social, search, display, email).

• Assist in ad setup, tagging, and tracking (UTM, pixels).

• Coordinate digital assets with internal teams.

• Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time.

3. Analytics & Reporting Support

• Track campaign and website performance using provided tools.

• Compile reports and dashboards.

• Highlight basic trends and observations.

• Ensure accuracy of data tracking and reporting.

4. System & Vendor Coordination

• Support coordination with vendors and IT for system updates and troubleshooting.

• Assist in testing donation forms, integrations, and campaign setups.

• Maintain documentation of digital activities and processes.

5. Collaboration & Learning

• Work closely with Marketing, Campaigns, Communications, and IT teams.
