Key Responsibilities

• Content Production: Script, film, and edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that align with our brand voice.

• Trend Spotting: Actively monitor social media trends, viral sounds, and platform updates to keep our brand relevant and "in on the joke."

• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing assets for Instagram stories, LinkedIn posts, and email newsletters using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Copywriting: Craft engaging captions, catchy headlines, and basic blog posts that drive engagement and clicks.

• Community Management: Engage with our audience by responding to comments, participating in challenges, and monitoring brand mentions.

• Performance Tracking: Help the team analyze basic metrics (likes, shares, watch time) to see what’s working and what’s flopping.

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of Marketing, Communications, Film, or a related field (or just have an amazing portfolio of your own content).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
