Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in retail, F&B, or customer service.

Friendly, polite, and passionate about customer service.

Responsible, hardworking, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Willing to work on shift, weekends, and public holidays.

Interest in durian or F&B industry is a plus!

Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service.

Assist customers in choosing products and explain durian varieties and promotions.

Offer product samples to customers and encourage sales.

Handle cashier duties, process payments, and operate the POS system accurately.

Arrange, display, and restock durians and other products to keep them fresh and appealing.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, counters, and equipment.

Receive, organize, and monitor stock; report low or damaged items to the supervisor.

Work as a team to ensure smooth daily operations and a great customer experience.

Listen to customer feedback or complaints and report them to the supervisor.

Represent the company professionally by maintaining good grooming and providing excellent customer service.
