Full Time Site Engineer / Site Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Cylonix Geotechnics WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry.

• Experience in piling works will be an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and technical standards.

• Proficient in project management and problem-solving skills.

• Site Operations & Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily site operations, construction teams, and subcontractors' activities to ensure works are carried out smoothly and efficiently.

• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all works executed on-site comply strictly with engineering drawings, technical specifications, construction plans, procedures, and work instructions.

• Planning & Cost Control: Assist the Project Manager and Site Manager in planning, monitoring, and controlling daily works, including the development and implementation of construction schedules, resource planning, and cost control measures.

• Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and verify project work progress against schedules, budgets, and quality standards; prepare and maintain daily site records, progress reports, and support scheduling updates.

• Technical Problem Solving: Conduct routine site inspections and quality checks to identify issues or challenges in a timely manner; liaise and coordinate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical problems.

• HSE & Housekeeping Enforcement: Enforce strict site safety requirements, health and safety standards, and environmental policies; maintain good housekeeping practices across the project site.

• Measurement & Documentation: Verify and accurately record subcontractor work done for reporting, progress claims, and variation order purposes; maintain precise records and project documentation.

• Ad-hoc Duties: Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management or superiors.
