· Supervise daily operations and maintenance of the building, focusing on electrical systems, HVAC (air conditioning, chillers, AHUs), plumbing, and mechanical ventilation

· Execute and monitor planned preventive maintenance on electrical equipment, machinery, lighting, and other systems to ensure smooth mall operations.

· Monitor the works carried out by in-house technicians and outsourced contractors (cleaning, pest control, housekeeping, etc.).

· Ensure service quality, safety, and compliance with all outsourced contractors at all times.

· Troubleshoot energy supply, plumbing, drainage, and HVAC systems.

· Maintain escalators, lifts, and other mechanical equipment according to ensure the efficiency of the facilities.

· Support event teams with electrical and lighting installation for decorations or events.

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance works and spare parts; recommend purchases as needed.

· Respond promptly and tactfully to tenant requests related to M&E issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
