About the Role

We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Management Trainee Programme.

This programme is designed to develop future professionals in client management, business development and financial advisory. No experience is required. Fresh graduates will receive structured training, mentorship and career development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Gather and analyse clients' financial information and goals
• Assist in developing suitable financial planning strategies
• Present recommendations and solutions to clients
• Monitor and review clients' financial plans regularly
• Participate in training, coaching and leadership development programmes

Requirements

• Minimum STPM, Diploma or Degree in any field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and able to communicate in English
