Requirements

• Passion for baking
• Able to work daily, work overtime when required
• Able to work in public holiday
• Have own transportation to work
• Good health record and physically fit
• Good communication and organization skills with team member
• Good team work
• Follow and maintain standard SOP and instuction from superior.
• Knowledge of bakery techniques, bakery food items, bakery food preparation, presentation and preservation and bakery equipment
• abiity to commute outside working locations when needed for outside event.

Responsibility

• To manage for cake peparation process
• To manage baker kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
• Practice high cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Follow SOP and recipes provided
• Committed and responsible
• Well communicate with the teams and team players
• good learning attitude
• To report any accident, incident and hazard situations to the owner.
• To represent high level of attitude, attire and manners to reflect companies image during employment.
