Full Time QA Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Malaysian SH Precision Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

• Investigate, analyze, and resolve customer complaints; implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
• Monitor and manage supplier quality issues, conduct supplier audits, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead/support in internal and external audits, preparing documentation and following up on findings.
• Maintain Document Change Control (DCC): ensure proper documentation, approvals, and communication of changes.
• Lead or support improvement actions based on root cause analysis, trends, and audit findings.
• Apply 8D methodology and other problem-solving tools to systematically resolve quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality, processes, and supplier/customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and report key quality metrics (e.g., complaint rate, supplier non-conformance, audit findings, DCC status).

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
