Must be fluent in Bahasa Melayu for communication and live streaming, as the company primarily focuses on the Malaysian market.

Cheerful, confident, and comfortable in front of the camera, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passionate about the beauty, cosmetics, and live commerce industry, and enjoys interacting with audiences.

Possess strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to proactively introduce products and encourage customer purchases.

Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, and keeps up with the latest digital and social media trends.

Positive attitude, fast learner, responsible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Willing to work according to the company's live streaming schedule, including evenings, weekends, and promotional campaigns.

Experience in live streaming, e-commerce, retail, as a Beauty Advisor, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.

Well-groomed, professional in appearance, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Host TikTok live streaming sessions to introduce and promote the company's beauty and cosmetic products, while enhancing brand awareness and driving sales performance.

Develop a thorough understanding of product ingredients, benefits, key features, and application methods, and present them to audiences in a professional, engaging, and authentic manner.

Conduct product demonstrations, makeup tutorials, product swatches, and beauty tips during live sessions to increase customer confidence and encourage purchases.

Interact actively with viewers by answering product-related questions, creating an enjoyable shopping experience, and improving audience engagement and conversion rates.

Participate in live stream planning, including familiarising yourself with products, promotional campaigns, and live streaming procedures.

Collaborate in the production of short-form videos and promotional content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends, TikTok trends, and live streaming techniques to continuously improve content quality and live performance.

Work closely with the Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to achieve live streaming sales targets.

Analyse live streaming performance, including viewership, engagement, conversion rates, and sales results, and continuously improve live content and presentation techniques.

Perform any other duties related to live commerce and brand promotion as assigned by the company.
