Full Time Site Supervisor (Interior Fit Out Construction) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in Kidal Interiors Melaka - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Overseeing daily construction activities on site and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Managing and supervising construction teams, including coordination of workers, contractors, and subcontractors
• Monitoring project progress against timelines and budgets, identifying and resolving delays or cost overruns promptly
• Inspecting work quality and ensuring all construction meets specified standards and design specifications
• Liaising between project management, design teams, and on-site personnel to ensure clear communication and coordination
• Maintaining detailed site records, including progress reports, incident logs, and material documentation
• Managing site logistics, including material delivery, storage, and equipment allocation
• Addressing issues and concerns from clients, consultants, and team members in a professional and timely manner
• Preparing and submitting regular progress reports to project managers

Requirements:

- Willing to Travel ( site at Alor Gajah )

- At least more than 1 years of experience as a Interior Design Site Supervisor or in a similar role.

- Must have own transport.

- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Able to read and interpreting architectural drawings, specifications, and construction plans.

- Able to lead and motivate teams.

- Relevant qualifications in construction management or supervision.
