Provide friendly customer service and support. Conduct one-to-one wellness consultations under guidance. Understand customers' health concerns and recommend suitable wellness solutions. Compile healthcare information and prepare educational materials for customers. Share practical healthcare tips through WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels. Follow up with customers on their wellness progress. Assist in health screening and roadshow events when required. Support marketing campaigns by providing professional healthcare insights. Participate in product knowledge training and continuous learning. Assist in administrative tasks related to customer consultation and documentation.
