Job Description

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed

  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal). Proficiency in Bahasa Cina is a plus

Responsibilities

Support Part Time role on:

1.Account Payable & Payments

  • Prepare payments to suppliers (trade & non-trade) and part-time promoters

  • Check and process invoices

  • Process dealer commission payments

  • Handle self-billed invoices and issue invoice notes

2.Account Receivable & Collections

  • Key in collection receipts for e-commerce transactions

  • Check and verify sales returns for accuracy

3.Administration & Audit Support

  • Maintain proper document filing and record keeping

  • Assist and liaise with auditors during audit periods

  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting records

  • Update company cashflow

  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
