Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service or related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Basic computer knowledge and ERP system experience will be an added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, positive attitude and able to multitask
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Preferably Female Chinese
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth daily sales support operations
Reply customer enquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp in a timely manner
Prepare quotations, Delivery Orders (DO), Cash Sales, Sales Return Notes, Replacement DO and Gift Vouchers
Process customer and salesman orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinate with Sales and Accounts Department for order approvals and credit limit checking
Assist customers and sales team in checking stock availability, product photos and size measurements
Work closely with warehouse/store team to verify stock information in ERP system
Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions for issues such as short supply, wrong supply or incorrect orders
After Sales Service
Verify and process product warranty claims
Follow up on returned goods and identify reasons for return
Collect supporting documents such as cash bills and product photos for warranty processing
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
