Tien Tien Enterprise is a leading commercial kitchen equipment supplier and manufacturer in Malaysia. We are looking for an experienced finance professional to strengthen our financial management, improve reporting, and support the company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting
- Prepare accurate monthly full-set management accounts, including:
- Profit & Loss Statement
- Balance Sheet
- Cash Flow Statement
- Perform month-end and year-end closing.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of all bank accounts, receivables, payables, inventory, and general ledger.
Accounts Receivable & Credit Control
- Monitor customer outstanding balances.
- Follow up on overdue payments and improve collection efficiency.
- Prepare aging reports and recommend actions to reduce bad debts.
- Work closely with the sales team to resolve payment issues.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyse monthly financial performance and identify trends.
- Monitor departmental expenses and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Analyse product and project profitability.
- Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
Cash Flow Management
- Monitor daily and monthly cash flow.
- Plan payment schedules while maintaining healthy cash reserves.
- Forecast future cash requirements.
Internal Controls & Compliance
- Maintain proper accounting records and internal controls.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor inventory valuation and stock movement.
- Analyse inventory turnover and recommend improvements.
- Review costing and margins to improve profitability.
Process Improvement
- Improve accounting workflows and internal procedures.
- Recommend automation and system enhancements where appropriate.
- Develop financial dashboards and KPI reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience preparing full-set accounts independently.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, or project-based businesses is preferred.
- Proficient in accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, UBS, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently with high integrity and attention to detail.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly management accounts submitted by the 10th of each month.
- Accounts receivable collection targets achieved.
- Accurate financial reporting with minimal audit adjustments.
- Positive improvements in cash flow and working capital.
- Successful implementation of cost-saving initiatives.
- Timely completion of statutory and tax requirements.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
