Full Time Senior Buyer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,500 in Gaopin Tech Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

1. Candidates with experience in project cost management and procurement are preferred;

2. Minimum three years of working experience;

3. Familiar with procurement knowledge in the pure water and semiconductor industry.

1. Compare quotations and negotiate prices with suppliers, apply proficient negotiation skills to reduce procurement costs.

2. Be responsible for material procurement under the supervision of the Department Manager.

3. Collect information of new suppliers, develop supplier resources and conduct preliminary assessment to ensure suppliers are qualified and reliable.

4. Assist the Department Manager in procurement work for capital application of each project.

5. Take part in formulating procurement plans, placing material orders and controlling delivery schedules to arrange procurement timely and reasonably.

6. Guide Purchasing Specialists in contract signing procedures.

7. Review procurement work completed by Purchasing Specialists.

8. Strictly abide by all rules and regulations of the company.

9. Cooperate to attend relevant training sessions and company-organized activities.

10. Undertake other temporary tasks assigned by the company.
