Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

  • 0 years of relevant experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring proper documentation.

  • Act as a client-facing point of contact for internal and external inquiries, including receiving client amendments, job briefs, feedback, and instructions.

  • Prepare and maintain proper checklists for client requests, amendments, and job briefs to ensure all tasks are clearly recorded, followed up, and executed by the relevant team members.

  • Coordinate closely with the team to ensure client requests and project deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and requirements.

  • Keep clients updated on the progress of their work, including amendments, ongoing tasks, and completion status.

  • Assist in preparing social media performance reports, campaign reports, completion reports, and any other client-related reports as required.

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment when needed.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, deliveries, and related office correspondence.

  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional office environment.

  • Support basic bookkeeping tasks, expense tracking, filing of receipts, and related administrative records.

  • Ensure daily office operations run smoothly, including monitoring schedules, deadlines, task progress, and general office coordination.

  • Work closely with the Managing Director on ad-hoc tasks, operational matters, follow-ups, and special assignments.

  • Draft letters, memos, notices, emails, and other documents as and when required.

  • Own transport is an added advantage.
