Full Time Technical Sales Specifier Jobs, Salary up to MYR 9,000 in Kencana Megajaya Selangor - Maukerja

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable being the technical voice in front of consultants, someone who can explain the product, not just pitch it.

• Self-motivated and proactive about building a consultant network from scratch.

• Flexible on scope: whether you stay purely technical/presales, or want to also close sales and work alongside BD, both paths are fine here as long as you're driving forward.

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (Civil/Construction/Engineering or related), relevant industry experience and consultant relationships weighted heavily

This is a pre-sales/specification role focused on getting CODE+ specified into Bills of Quantities before projects go to tender.

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, and consultants to get CODE+ specified into BQs before projects go to tender.

• Present technical product information, run product demos/briefings for consultants and clients.

• Support the Business Development team with technical input on live opportunities when needed.

• If you're capable and want to close deals yourself, that's welcomed. This role isn't boxed into presales-only if you want to carry sales forward.

• Track consultant relationships and spec-in pipeline, report progress to management.
