Responsibilities
- Unbox and inspect customer parcels
- Check item quantity and condition to avoid errors
- Take photos for system records and after-sales purposes
- Report any abnormalities promptly, such as missing items, damaged goods, or wrong items
- Perform basic system data entry and scanning operations
- Carry out other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the superior.
