Requirements
Basic HR knowledge (recruitment, payroll, employee relations)
Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools / SQL software
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle company confidential information discreetly
Able to communicate in Mandarin (basic level)
Must have knowledge of HALAL standards and procedures
Experience in HALAL food handling is an advantage
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate employee files (physical & digital)
Update HR databases and attendance records
Assist with payroll processing and leave management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Act as a point of contact for HR and administrative-related queries
Maintain office records, reports, letters, emails and official notices as needed
Assist senior management with reporting and administrative tasks
