Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a relevant degree program.

Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of sales principles.

Must be available for the duration of the internship program.

Assist in daily store operations and customer service.

Support inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.

Help with visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards.

Participate in sales activities and achieve individual sales targets.

Learn and apply company policies and procedures.

Assist in organizing and executing in-store promotional events.

Provide feedback on customer trends and product performance.
