Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related field
Minimum 2-3 years working experience
Experience in SQL Accounting System is an advantage
Responsible, detail-oriented & good time management
Able to work independently
Good communication and teamwork skills
Mandarin speaking is an added advantage
Can handle multi company
Responsibilities
Handle full set of accounts
Monitor company cash flow & financial reporting
Prepare monthly management reports
Monitor payroll, commissions & staff claims
Handle SST, EPF, SOCSO & statutory submissions
Monitor customer payments & company expenses
Prepare profit & loss (P&L) reports
Work closely with management on budgeting & financial planning
Ensure proper filing and accounting documentation
Liaise with auditors, tax agents & bankers
Monitor overdue payments and financial risks
Improve internal accounting SOP and financial control system
