Requirements
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
Prior working experience in an audit or accounting firm will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
Able to handle confidential documents and information professionally.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to work on a part-time basis (2 days per week).
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Audit Division.
Prepare engagement letters, invoices, and other audit-related documentation.
Organize, scan, print, and maintain audit working papers and client files.
Assist in preparing correspondence.
Maintain proper filing systems (both physical and electronic).
Assist in statutory and regulatory document submissions where required.
Handle incoming emails, courier arrangements and general office administration.
Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Audit Manager or Partners.
