Job Description

Requirements

  • Achieve at least SPM education
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or administrative roles.
  • Working Experience in audit and tax firm will be added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in Mandarin is a must.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and processing invoices and payments.

  • Full set of accounts.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.

  • Provide administrative support, including managing correspondence and emails.

  • Prepare basic financial reports and summaries as required.

  • Handle office supplies inventory and procurement.

  • Support the accounting team with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
