Job Description

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least a minimum SPM, Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification.

· At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position is advantage.

· Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

· Knowledge of government procurement or ePerolehan procedures or other related tender portals is an

added advantage.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.

· 5 Working Days

· Posses own transportation and willing to travel when required

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Responsibilities

  • Support sales activities by assisting with various related, including the preparation of quotes, proposals, and tender bid documents.

  • Identify, monitor, and evaluate government tender opportunities through ePerolehan, ministry portals, and other relevant platforms.

  • Review tender documents, specifications, participation requirements, and client requirements.

  • Coordinate the preparation of tender documents, including technical proposals, commercial proposals, and supporting documents.

  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and relevant parties to obtain required information, quotations, and documents.

  • Assist in supplier quotation comparison, cost evaluation, and pricing preparation.

  • Ensure tender documents are submitted completely, accurately, and within the required deadline.

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.

  • Provide product information, order status updates and after-sales support to customers.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Assisting sales team in all aspects of sales processes, documentations and administrative supports.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal negotiation skill.

  • Team player with positive working attitude, dynamics, creative and self driven.

  • Other ad-hoc activities as assigned by superior from time to time.
