Must be able to converse in Mandarin (required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers)

Own transport is an added advantage

Honest, responsible, punctual, and disciplined

Willing to travel for outstation assignments

Collect monthly installment payments from customers

Follow up on and handle overdue payment cases

Maintain accurate daily/monthly collection records

Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure timely repayment

Report collection progress and customer status to supervisor regularly

Travel to outstation areas for collection duties when required
